Our stay at Back O' The Moon Holiday Cottage in Hogsback was an absolute delight! The cottage's vintage charm and fully equipped kitchen made us feel like we were on a new adventure, away from our usual comfort zones. Norma and Derek, the wonderful hosts, added special touches to make our stay memorable.Exploring the beautiful gardens, relaxing on the sun terrace, and enjoying the cozy fire lit by Derek with his "blow torch" were just a few highlights. The continental breakfast with homemade muffins and scones was a delightful touch. Despite water restrictions, the stunning garden views were a testament to the owners' dedication.Engaging in activities like hiking and cycling in the area was a treat, and the proximity to the 39 Steps Waterfall and Eco Shrine made our days full of exploration. The cottage's two bathrooms, laundry facilities, and comfortable seating areas catered to all our needs. The presence of a shuttle service and WiFi in public areas added convenience to our stay. We can't wait to return and create more unforgettable memories in this picturesque setting. A definite must-visit for anyone seeking a peaceful and authentic retreat in Hogsback.
